Caffe Cappuccino is made of italian origin espresso coffee and milk. Espresso is coffee brewed by forcing a small amount of nearly boiling water under pressure through finely ground coffee beans.
Cappuccino Coffee is very similar to coffee latte, but it has a greater percentage of foamed milk to steamed milk.
HOW TO DO IT BETTER
Thick and intense essence called espreso is the base for Cappuccino .The grinding beans for espresso should be thicker than for a pot. When you rub the coffee between your fingers, you can feel the coffee particles more clearly, but the fraction should still be very fine.
COFFEE TO WATER RATIO
1:3 - (1 part of coffee espresso to 3 parts of milk)
Make sure you use clean water that is free of unpleasant tastes and smells. If you didn't drink a glass of this water, don't make coffee with it.
To extract the best aromas from coffee you need water rich in calcium and magnesium in particular. The amount of these two minerals dissolved in water is a measure of hardness.
TEMPERATURE OF MILK
The best milk temperature for Cappuccino Coffee is between 55 °C and 65 °C. (139–149°F).
Afternoon black tea will be your best bets for adding milk.

In a traditional cappuccino, the coffee-to-milk ratio is 30 ml to 120-150 ml.
The milk should have a smooth and shiny consistency, without large air bubbles.
The foam will be smooth and pleasant to touch if you do not heat milk above 65 degrees.
