COFFEE TO WATER RATIO
1:20 (for mild coffee) - (20 parts of water to 1 part of coffee) 1:15 (for strong coffee) - (15 parts of water to 1 part of coffee)
Make sure you use clean water that is free of unpleasant tastes and smells. If you didn't drink a glass of this water, don't make coffee with it.
To extract the best aromas from coffee you need water rich in calcium and magnesium in particular. The amount of these two minerals dissolved in water is a measure of hardness.
Strong black coffee in room temperature should be served over ice cubes.

The most essential part of Iced Coffee is well brewed coffee, so use either espresso or Moka Coffee. It will make the taste more distinct and go well with milk.
If you like black iced coffee, use the cold brew method: brew lightly roasted coffee with cold water and put it in the fridge for 10 hours. Filter the brew through a paper filter. Such iced coffee tastes nice with tonic and lemon.
If you like coffee with ice cream, try affogato: cream or vanilla ice cream "doused" with a double espresso. Such a dessert is delicious, intense and strongly caffeinated!
